3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary materials on vistaclipscot.boats, including but not limited to branding assets, logos, design architecture, copy, Nightlife Heat Map layouts, algorithms, and interface elements, are the exclusive intellectual property of Vistaclipscot Maritime Media Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress legislation.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our content strictly for personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes. Systematic scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of data from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. User Obligations & Code of Conduct
